Our Process
A Look Into Our Process

Through our carefully-planned approach, we aim to provide a positive and professional experience in all aspects of our work.

Step 1: <br/>Initial Call

Step 1:
Initial Call

We begin with an initial meeting to understand a prospect's concerns, needs, and goals. This conversation helps us gain insight into their investment history, financial situation, risk tolerance, and past experiences with other advisors. We also share details about our services to determine if the relationship is a good fit. While some clients may choose to start onboarding immediately, we encourage prospects to take their time in making this decision.

Step 2: <br/>Follow-Up Meeting

Follow-Up Meeting

In a subsequent meeting, typically held in person or over Zoom, we delve deeper into specific account types and potential investment strategies. If the prospect decides to become a client, we complete a client profile questionnaire, determine an appropriate risk profile and investment strategy, and discuss the next steps.

Step 3: <br/>Onboarding Process

Onboarding Process

This step involves e-signature documents, setting up online access, and clarifying the funding process and investment timelines.

Step 4: <br/>Ongoing Review

Ongoing Review

We check in with clients at three and six months, and continue with reviews every six to twelve months thereafter, based on client preference. At the six-month mark, we discuss the frequency of future performance reviews.

We encourage clients to reach out via email or phone throughout the year. Timely responses to their needs and requests are a priority.

These reviews are scheduled semi-annually or annually, according to client preference, and can be conducted via phone, Zoom, or in person.
